Human at Hyphn: Meet Hannah Waldron
At Hyphn, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Human at Hyphn is a new series that highlights the incredible individuals who make our culture so rewarding, collaborative, and full of life. For our very first edition, we’re excited to introduce Hannah Waldron, whose energy and dedication make a big impact every day.
What brought you to Hyphn?
“I was ready for a new challenge and excited to take the next step in my career. I heard wonderful things about Hyphn from a few friends who work here—shout out Alegra, Nick, and Madie! It felt like the perfect fit right from my first interview.”
Outside of work, what are you passionate about?
“I love spending time with my friends and family—it’s truly my favorite thing. You can usually find me traveling, boating, playing pickleball, hiking, going to a concert, or trying new places to eat and drink. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a casual night in, I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by my people.”
How do your personal experiences influence your approach to work?
“I’m a Virgo through and through, which means I’m naturally organized and love to give my all in everything I do. I take pride in staying on top of details and always putting in 100%. That mindset helps me stay focused, bring structure to my work, and tackle new challenges.”
What’s something most people at Hyphn might not know about you?
“I’m originally from Washington—a small town called Gig Harbor. I grew up on the Puget Sound and spent most of my childhood out on the water (weather permitting, of course). During the winter, we’d always head up to the mountains. I love sunny San Diego, but the rainy PNW will always be home!”
If you could describe Hyphn’s culture in one word…
“Rewarding. It’s been so exciting to join a company where different teams come together to create something amazing for clients. There’s such a strong sense of collaboration and purpose, and it’s really inspiring to see how everyone’s contributions make an impact.”
Favorite local coffee shop?
“My absolute favorite coffee shop in San Diego is Love Song in North Park! They have the BEST matcha.”
