Patrick McGrath - President, West Region at Savills North America

Patrick McGrath is the President for Savills West Region, overseeing strategic direction and performance across leasing, sales, project management, and consulting in multiple states. He serves on the executive management board for North America. Patrick led Savills’ largest post-merger integration and won a CoreNet global innovation award for AI use. Previously, as Chief Information Officer, he transformed Savills’ real estate services platform, earning recognition as Executive of the Year by ASD Awards. He developed Knowledge Cubed, a global data visualization platform. Joining Savills in 2002, Patrick advanced from analyst to leading significant transactions post-MBA from Wharton. He actively participates in the Los Angeles Wharton Alumni Leadership and various charitable organizations.

Stacy Thorwart - Founder of The Intelligent Designer

Stacy, the founder of The Intelligent Designer, empowers interior designers globally to unlock the transformative potential of AI in their design process. With a degree in interior design from James Madison University and extensive experience working alongside industry professionals, Stacy understands the unique challenges and opportunities designers face. Leveraging her expertise in both residential and commercial design, Stacy has created an accessible online education platform that equips designers with the skills and knowledge to seamlessly integrate AI into their workflows. Since its launch in late 2023, The Intelligent Designer has empowered over 800 designers to unlock AI’s potential. Stacy’s dedication extends beyond the platform, as she actively shares valuable AI insights and tips with her global community on Instagram, industry podcasts and webinars.

Dan Williamson - Director of AI at Ryan Companies

Dan is the Director of AI at Ryan Companies, a national leader in commercial real estate services. Dan wakes up to explore and inspire productive change in the communities around him every day. At Ryan, Dan leads the strategic development and implementation of transformative AI solutions across the enterprise. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to uncovering meaningful correlations between significant business challenges, data, and design, ultimately shaping user experiences that bring delight in both digital and physical realms. Previous to his tenure at Ryan, Dan was the Computational Design Lead for HDR and helped pioneer their global Data-Driven Design team, working for clients such as The Mayo Clinic, Gilead Sciences, Princeton University, and Canadian Nuclear Labs. Dan teaches a graduate seminar at his alma mater called “Data in Design”, researching with students the provocative potential that exists at the confluence of data and design.
